Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival, there will be a full refund less a $100 administration fee. If cancellation occurs inside 30 days of occupancy full refund less a $100 administration fee ONLY if it's re-rented for same amount.

Guest Notes: Guests can expect to encounter the normal activities associated with living on a working farm, including the operation of equipment, presence of labourers and use of nutrients and chemicals in the orchard area. Entry into the orchards or horse pasture unaccompanied by the owners is prohibited.
